At a town hall event Wednesday night, U.S. Rep. Terri Sewell said the closures of state parks and driver's license bureaus across the Black Belt are "unconstitutional" and "should be fought in court."

In the event hosted by Sewell, about 200 people gathered at the New Hope #2 Baptist Church in Camden, the county seat of Alabama's poorest county Wilcox, to discuss how the Alabama budget cuts affect rural areas.
