Selma, AL — With just two days left until her 15th annual job fair in Selma, Alabama, U.S. Rep. Terri Sewell (AL-07) announced that this year’s signature event will feature at least 75 employers from 12 industries. It will take place on Thursday, August 6th from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Wallace Community College Selma.

Now in its fifteenth year, Rep. Sewell's annual job fair has become one of the premier workforce development events in Alabama's 7th Congressional District, connecting thousands of job seekers with employers and career resources. Sewell alternates between hosting her job fair in urban and rural parts of the district to ensure the unique needs of each community are met.

The job fair is free and open to the public. Pre-registration is strongly encouraged but not required. Registration will also be available on-site. Constituents can pre-register on Rep. Sewell’s website at sewell.house.gov/JobFair.
