MEDIA ADVISORY for TOMORROW – Tomorrow, Thursday, December 17 at 6:30 pm CT, U.S. Rep. Terri Sewell (AL-07) will host state and local leaders for a tele-town hall to discuss the issues most important to Alabama’s 7th Congressional District.

Joining Rep. Sewell will be:

  • Dr. Mary McIntyre, Chief Medical Officer, Alabama Department of Public Health

  • David Hicks, Deputy Director, Jefferson County Health Department

  • Fitzgerald Washington, Alabama Secretary of Labor

  • Suzanne Darden, Finance Specialist, Small Business Development Center of Alabama

  • Allan Jarvis, Federal Coordinating Officer, FEMA Region IV

Rep. Sewell and her guests will discuss the most recent COVID-19 government relief bill, the COVID-19 vaccine distribution, unemployment claims, small business resources, FEMA resources available to Alabamians impacted by Hurricane Zeta. Rep. Sewell and participants will also answer questions directly from residents living in the 7th District.
