WASHINGTON, DC – On Sunday, June 12, Rep. Terri A. Sewell (D-AL) will host a reception to honor the winners and participants of the 2011 Seventh Congressional District Art Competition.  Rep. Sewell will be joined by Birmingham Mayor William A. Bell, Lawson State Community College President Dr. Perry W. Ward, educators and family members to recognize the students who submitted their pieces to this year’s competition.
